As of this month (October 2023), too many areas of the world are in conflict. During this World Peace Prayer, we held in prayers all our sisters and brothers from Ukraine, Russia, Palestine, Israel, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Tigray (Ethiopia), Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Sahel, Libya, Rohinga people (Myanmar), Uighurs (China), Somalia, South Sudan, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, Taiwan and more.

We activated some of the necessary qualities to cultivate peace within ourselves and the world: Forgiveness, Reconciliation, Compassion, Restorative Justice, Healing Trauma, Freedom from Hate, Non-Violence, Stillness, etc.

Each hour was split in 15min sections dedicated to healing the conflict within ourselves (contributing to the conflicts outside of ourselves), intercessory prayers for PEACE and tools for each of us to become active Peacemakers.

30+ inspirational speakers, healers, musicians and artists coming from all over the world (Africa, Middle East, America, Europe, Asia, Australia) representing all faiths (Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism & more) gathered to celebrate our shared humanity and our unity in diversity.

Together, we prayed for PEACE IN THE WORLD.
